TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or staying at Ludlam Hotel. By making a reservation or staying at our hotel, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

 

Reservation and Payment:

1.1. To make a reservation at Ludlam Hotel, guests must provide valid contact information, including their full name, email address, phone number, and any other required details.

 

1.2. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Ludlam Hotel.

 

1.3. Guests must provide valid credit card details at the time of reservation to guarantee their booking. The credit card will be charged for the total amount due upon check-in or as per the hotel's policies.

Credit Card Processing Fee:

1.4. Ludlam Hotel charges a credit card processing fee of 3.5% on all payments made by credit card. This fee is added to the total amount due and will be reflected on the guest's final invoice.

 

 Cancellation and Modification:

2.1. Guests may cancel or modify their reservation at Ludlam Hotel, subject to the cancellation policy mentioned herein.

 

2.2. The cancellation policy requires guests to provide a minimum of 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges.

 

2.3. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, the guest will be charged for the first night's stay.

 

2.4. No-shows (guests who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice) will be charged for the full reservation period.

 

2.5. Modifications to the reservation, including changes to the arrival or departure date, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

Check-in and Check-out:

3.1. Check-in time at Ludlam Hotel is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.

 

3.2. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

 

Guest Responsibilities:

4.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining a respectful and considerate behavior towards other guests and hotel staff during their stay.

 

4.2. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the hotel property, including but not limited to rooms, furniture, fixtures, and amenities. Any such damages will be charged to the guest's credit card on file.

 

4.3. Ludlam Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or accommodation to any guest who fails to comply with the hotel's policies or engages in any illegal or inappropriate activities.

 

Liability:

5.1. Ludlam Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury sustained by guests or their belongings during their stay, except where caused by the hotel's negligence or willful misconduct.

 

5.2. Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables. The hotel provides in-room safes or lockers for guest use, and it is the guest's responsibility to use them appropriately.

 

Privacy:

6.1. Ludlam Hotel respects guest privacy and protects personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Please refer to the hotel's privacy policy for more details.

 

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ludlam Hotel is located.

 

7.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or related to the hotel's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the aforementioned jurisdiction.
 

 

RESORT POLICIES:

We are a smoke-free property.

Only one parking permit per room, your car must be removed from the parking lot at check-out time.

All persons must be 21 years or older or accompanied by a legal parent or guardian.

Government photo required at check-in.

Sorry, no pets are permitted.

A non-refundable $25 booking fee is added to all reservations.

Specific room numbers are not guaranteed.

As always, we are keeping up with our high standards of cleaning the rooms and properties.  In an effort to do our part in being environmentally friendly and to reduce our carbon footprint, we do not do daily housekeeping service for stayovers.  If you wish to receive housekeeping service during your stay, please let our front desk staff know.

 

 

Please note that this additional fee will be applicable to all credit card transactions and will be included in the final payment.

 

By making a reservation or staying at Ludlam Hotel, guests acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Ludlam Hotel reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
