  • We require at least 30 days written notice prior to the arrival date for cancellation. If we receive that, you will receive a full refund minus a $50.00 service charge. If we do not receive a written notice, there will be NO refund.

• Impala Island Inn Rooms

  • We require at least 7 days written notice prior to arrival date for cancellation. If we receive that, you will receive a full refund minus a $25.00 service charge. If we do not receive a written notice, there will be NO refund

  • To change reservation dates, we require at least 30 days notice prior to the arrival date. There will be a $50.00 service charge for changing dates. We recommend calling us to discuss.

• Impala Island Inn Rooms

  • To change reservation dates, we require at least 7 days notice prior to the arrival date. There will be a $25.00 service charge for changing dates. We recommend calling us to discuss.
